Baker Hughes continues to help customers meet the world's evolving energy needs through technology leadership, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to sustainability. /p h3Fuel your passion /h3 pAs a bBusiness System Leader /b , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the business management system that translates long-term strategy into focused priorities, executable plans, and measurable results across the combined Quest Integrity and In-Line Inspection organization. /p pYou will partner with business and functional leaders to connect Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, strategy deployment, operating reviews, performance management, and continuous improvement into an integrated operating rhythm that strengthens accountability, execution, and business performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy execution, drive organizational alignment, and enhance operational excellence across a global business. /p h3As a Business System Leader, you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liPartnering with business leadership teams to integrate Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, and strategic priorities into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes. /li liTranslating strategic objectives into breakthrough initiatives, functional action plans, milestones, and performance targets. /li liFacilitating leadership alignment on priorities, resource allocation, execution timelines, and critical business decisions. /li liCoordinating annual operating calendars, including leadership meetings, strategy reviews, business reviews, planning sessions, and organizational events. /li liEstablishing structured leadership operating rhythms that support effective decision-making, accountability, and execution. /li liDeveloping, implementing, and continuously improving the business management system used to plan, execute, monitor, and improve business performance. /li liIntegrating strategy deployment, governance, performance reviews, KPI management, daily management, and transformation initiatives into a cohesive operating framework. /li liEstablishing common standards, processes, templates, visual management tools,



and review mechanisms across the organization. /li liAssessing business system maturity and developing roadmaps to improve adoption, capability, and sustainable results. /li liChampioning Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies as core elements of the organization's operating model. /li liLeading strategy deployment workshops, Kaizen events, value stream reviews, and structured problem-solving activities aligned to business objectives. /li liCoaching leaders and teams on Lean principles, visual management, standard work, root cause analysis, A3 problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liSupporting the development of internal capability to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and sustain operational excellence. /li liMaintaining performance scorecards, KPI frameworks, and governance processes that provide clear visibility into business performance. /li liIdentifying performance gaps, driving corrective actions, and supporting leadership teams in achieving strategic and operational objectives. /li liSupporting organizational transformation and integration activities by aligning management practices, governance processes, and improvement initiatives across the business. /li liDriving cross-functional collaboration to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, and institutionalize best practices. /li liSupporting change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities that enable successful adoption of business initiatives and transformation programs. /li /ul h3To be successful in this role, you will: /h3 ul liHave a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline. /li liHave significant experience in business operations, strategy deployment, enterprise planning, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement. /li liDemonstrate experience leading Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, strategic reviews, business reviews, or comparable enterprise planning processes. /li liHave experience designing and implementing management systems, governance frameworks, performance management processes, and operating rhythms. /li liDemonstrate strong financial, operational, and business acumen with the ability to connect business performance to strategic outcomes. /li liHave experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within global and matrixed organizations. /li liPossess strong facilitation, stakeholder management, program management, and executive communication skills. /li liDemonstrate the ability to analyse complex information, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership teams.



/li liHave experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies to improve organizational performance. /li liBe capable of influencing senior leaders and driving change through collaboration, credibility, and relationship-building. /li liPreferred to have Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent operational excellence qualification. /li liPreferred to have experience leading business transformation, integration, or organizational change initiatives. /li liDesired to have experience developing enterprise-wide business systems, performance management frameworks, or strategy deployment processes. /li liDesired to have knowledge of energy, industrial, engineering, inspection, integrity management, or technology-driven businesses. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
