h3Job Description Summary /h3pAs a Manufacturing Manager, you will lead Production Control activities within the CRO, ensuring effective production planning, schedule execution, priority management, and the alignment of material and capacity with business objectives. In this role, you will drive operational performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), while partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams to ensure reliable execution and high levels of customer satisfaction. /ph3Essential Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the Production Control team in daily planning, scheduling, and execution management activities, ensuring clear priorities and operational discipline /liliEnsure production plans are executed in line with customer demand, available capacity, operational constraints, and material availability /liliMonitor, analyze, and drive performance on key operational metrics, including on-time delivery, backlog, past due orders, work in process, plan adherence, shortages, and aging /liliPartner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Engineering to remove constraints, escalated critical issues, and support effective recovery plans /liliMaintain accurate planning parameters, system data integrity, and execution visibility within ERP/MRP systems /liliPromote daily management rigor and continuous improvement by applying Lean / FLIGHT DECK principles, including standard work, problem solving, and performance follow-up /liliFoster a culture of customer focus, accountability, operational excellence,
and cross-functional collaboration /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience /liliSignificant experience in production control, production planning, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing support /liliPrevious experience leading teams, or proven ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional activities /liliStrong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, material management, and execution control processes /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and external stakeholders /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliWork Visa, in accordance with local regulations, is required /li /ulh3Desired Qualifications /h3ulliKnowledge of Lean, FLIGHT DECK, and continuous improvement methodologies /liliDemonstrated ability to influence across functions and lead effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment /liliProven capability to strengthen team effectiveness and drive cross-functional alignment /liliStrong planning, prioritization,
