As part of our Electro-Mechanical Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of products used by customers around the world. We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across functions, and continuously improving products throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will combine design expertise, creativity, and problem‑solving skills to enhance product performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability. If you are motivated by innovation, ownership, and working in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliDesigning and developing mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD tools (Creo preferred). /liliIdentifying opportunities to improve product performance, reliability, quality, and cost competitiveness. /liliDeveloping innovative engineering solutions and validating designs through analysis, testing, and verification activities. /liliSupporting manufacturing and quality teams in root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions. /liliContributing to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives to optimize production efficiency. /liliCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales. /liliAssessing customer feedback and business requirements to drive meaningful product enhancements. /liliManaging assigned projects and engineering activities to ensure delivery against timing, quality, and cost objectives. /liliParticipating in customer visits and technical discussions to better understand real-world applications and user needs. /liliDriving a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing solutions and proposing better ways of working.
