That’s why we need a bTechnical Application Specialist /b like you. /p h3Role Mission /h3 pAs a bTechnical Application Specialist /b within the Diagnostics division, you will support laboratories across bSouthern Poland /b (Lower Silesian, Opole, Silesian and Lesser Poland Voivodeships). Your mission is to help clinical laboratories implement, optimize and use Grifols diagnostic solutions, acting as a trusted scientific partner for laboratory professionals. /p pThis role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in bmedical or diagnostic laboratories /b who want to combine their scientific expertise with bcustomer‑facing responsibilities /b . /p h3What your responsibilities will be /h3 ul lipbScientific application support /b — You will provide expert guidance on Grifols diagnostic instruments, assays and workflows. /p /li lipbCustomer training /b — You will deliver training during instrument implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle. /p /li lipbWorkflow optimization /b — You will support laboratories in improving testing processes and operational efficiency.
/p /li lipbTroubleshooting /b — You will resolve application‑related issues both remotely and on‑site. /p /li lipbRelationship building /b — You will develop strong partnerships with laboratory managers, medical laboratory scientists and healthcare professionals. /p /li lipbCross‑functional collaboration /b — You will work closely with Sales, Service, Technical Support and Quality teams. /p /li lipbProduct launches method implementation /b — You will participate in new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. /p /li lipbRegular travel /b — You will visit customer sites across Southern Poland. /p /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
