You will be operating at enterprise and cross-domain level, setting strategic direction, guardrails, and decision frameworks for all integration capabilities, including APIs, events, messaging, B2B integration, agentic AI, and platform integration. /liliMonitoring and reporting compliance level of the architecture landscape and flagging cross-ABB planning and road mapping implications. /li /ulpQualifications for the role /pulli10+ years in architecture roles, with strong enterprise integration experience in large, complex, decentralized organizations /liliBackground in API-led and event-driven architectures at scale /liliExperience operating in governance-heavy environments without slowing delivery /liliTechnical expertise in: API Management (REST, GraphQL, Async APIs), messaging and integration platforms, hybrid and multi-cloud integration, domain-driven design and bounded contexts, security patterns for integration /liliStrong understanding of EA domains (business, application, data, technology) /liliAbility to see the "big picture" while maintaining deep technical expertise in the specific stream and focus on execution /liliStrategic thinking combined with execution focus is necessary /liliExcellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills with ability to explain "the why" behind technical decisions to both C-suite executives and engineering teams /li /ulpThis opportunity is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
