The role is primarily operational and execution-focused, supporting the management of live transactions and the onboarding of new mandates,



with the opportunity to gain exposure to restructuring and distressed scenarios over time.This position is well suited for a junior professional looking to build a solid foundation in loan agency, transaction mechanics and credit processes within a structured and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Agency team in the day-to-day management of performing financing transactionsAssist with onboarding of new mandates, including collection and review of transaction documentationSupport with data remediation and data quality activities related to the credit portfolioMaintain and update transaction data, records and reporting within the management systemSupport drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, payment processes and reconciliation activitiesMonitor key contractual dates, conditions precedent and ongoing obligationsAssist in the preparation of client communications, notices and periodic reportsLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (lenders, borrowers, legal advisors)Support portfolio monitoring activitiesAssist senior team members on restructuring or special situation mandates,
