You will be responsible for ensuring that data center projects comply with customer and regulatory requirements. You will participate in defining and implementing processes from scratch and contribute to the creation of sustainable data centers. /p pThis role can be based in Marcoussis (France) or Cornaredo (Italy) /p pTravel required. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liEstablish and maintain the DATA4 Project Quality Plan for data center and infrastructure projects in accordance with the Design and Construction department's key processes, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements. /li liPlan and conduct internal and external quality audits.
/li liMonitor the actions of the prime contractor and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance, track risks, and make suggestions for mitigation. /li liPromote quality awareness and provide training within the project team. /li liPrepare and deliver high-quality project reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. /li liLead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes. /li /ul h3RESPONSIBILITIES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS /h3 pRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of: /p ul liHS: Respect and enforce health and safety rules. /li liEnvironment: Respect and enforce environmental policies. /li liInformation security: Respect and enforce information security policies /li liEnergy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering. /li li3–5 years of technical experience. /li liSolid experience in quality management. /li liPrevious experience in industry, oil gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory. /li liFluent in English; another European language is a plus. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience required.
