DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our Electro-Mechanical Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of products used by customers around the world. We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across functions, and continuously improving products throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will combine design expertise, creativity, and problem‑solving skills to enhance product performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability. What You’ll Do
- Designing and developing mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD tools (Creo preferred).
- Identifying opportunities to improve product performance, reliability, quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Developing innovative engineering solutions and validating designs through analysis, testing, and verification activities.
- Supporting manufacturing and quality teams in root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Contributing to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
- Assessing customer feedback and business requirements to drive meaningful product enhancements.
- Managing assigned projects and engineering activities to ensure delivery against timing, quality, and cost objectives.
- Participating in customer visits and technical discussions to better understand real-world applications and user needs.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing solutions and proposing better ways of working.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
Proven experience using 3D CAD software (Creo preferred).
Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
Experience working in cross-functional engineering and manufacturing environments.
Availability for occasional travel (up to 5%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electromechanical products.
- Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with product validation, reliability testing, and failure analysis techniques.
