h3Primary Function /h3 h3Abbott Ambassador /h3 pThe Abbott Ambassador is responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and strengthening customer relationships, and improving account profitability. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFull revenue accountability, including forecasting and achievement of target performance. /li liAct as a trusted partner and advisor, serving as Abbott’s primary point of contact for customers. /li liManage and drive account development, including key activities such as strategic account management and post-sales implementation processes. /li liIdentify opportunities for new product and menu expansion and support sales activities. /li liPrepare and conduct regular business reviews with customers. /li liManage routine renewals of core business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts. /li liSupport the implementation of new tests. /li liProvide ongoing customer training and coaching as required. /li liOversee the progress of cross-functional implementation teams (post-sales) together with the Project Manager. /li liSuccess in this role is measured through business profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate, and managed revenue. /li /ul h3Education and Required Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. A degree in Biomedical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Biology, Pharmacy, or Business is preferred. /li li1 to 3 years of experience in the diagnostics industry, with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and improving account profitability. /li liProven success in a similar role, supported by management references and customer testimonials. /li /ul ul liDemonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers, including senior management and key stakeholders. /li liStrong product and industry knowledge. /li liSolid understanding of customer decision-making processes and stakeholder dynamics. /li liStrong solution-selling and relationship-building skills. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liAbility to identify issues and lead problem-solving efforts. /li liLong-term strategic account management mindset. /li liFluency in the local language and English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Employment Classification: /h3 pEmployee, Level B1, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL). /p h3Gross Annual Salary (RAL): min /h3 p€46,000 max €60,000. /p h3Target Premio: /h3 p20%. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
