Overview
As Senior Systems Engineer in the PIC product line, you will bridge customers and internal engineering to define and support next‑gen regulator and lighting products. You will become a technical expert in automotive and industrial applications, shaping architectures and verification strategies for power management. Your work will enable impactful solutions across e-mobility, clean energy, and industrial automation, with hands-on lab validation and production-ready collateral. You drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver robust, testable designs.

Responsabilità
- Develop specifications, architectures, and algorithms for target markets
- Analyze customer applications in automotive/industrial spaces to become a go‑to expert
- Verify Power IC performance through hands‑on, application‑based lab testing
- Create datasheets, application reports, and reference designs for sales and applications teams
- Collaborate with Design, Test, Safety,



and Quality teams to ensure product robustness from concept to production
- Travel domestically and internationally to support a global customer base

Requisiti fondamentali
- BSEE or MSEE (or equivalent)
- 4+ years in Power Converter Applications or Power IC Design
- Solid foundation in PMIC and/or switching regulator topologies, EMI mitigation, PCB layout, and lab testing
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for customers and leadership
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
