Performance Targets: Consistently hit essential operational benchmarks,



including CSAT scores, First Contact Resolution, and Average Handle Time standards. Requirements Language Skills: Fluent C1/C2-level Italian, paired with at least B2-level English proficiency for software usage, internal communication, and training modules.
