What you will be doing:
- Lead the development of the long-term AI powered LangTech strategy including technology roadmap, standard procedures, internationalization rollout, and resources needed to be a digital leader in enterprise localization.
- Implement, maintain,



and optimize full spectrum of existing and proposed AI powered localization technologies
- Provide leadership to enterprise localization practice in in the realm of AI powered language technologies.
- Quickly identify, assess and resolve issues with current end-to-end translation technologies to ensure global translation capabilities remain available to internal customers.
- Collect, measure, and analyze LangTech performance data and provide recommendations for continuous program improvements.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify LangTech needs and opportunities for operational excellence.
- Work effectively with executive management and create and deliver executive-level presentations.
