About the Role We are looking for an intern to join our Retail Capital Markets team in Milan. This internship supports the execution of investment mandates across the retail asset class, focusing primarily on the out‑of‑town segment. You will work in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment, gaining hands‑on exposure to live transactions from origination through closing while working with institutional investors, private equity funds, family offices, and developers. This is a full‑time, 6‑month internship with a flexible start date.
Key Responsibilities Support sell‑side transaction execution from pitch to closing, including preparing marketing materials, investment memoranda, financial analysis, coordinating due diligence, and managing viewings and client meetings
Underwrite buy‑side acquisition opportunities through detailed financial modelling, analyzing cash flows, tenant performance, and risk‑adjusted returns to determine pricing aligned with investor hurdle rates
Research market opportunities, track competitive activity, and support relationships with institutional investors,
