What You'll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Electrophysiology systems
- Support hardware, software, IT infrastructure, and network connectivity
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent break/fix situations within SLA requirements
- Manage your territory, travel plans, customer priorities, and service commit
