We are looking for a Data Center Equipment Sales Engineer to join our team in Finland.




In this role you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention in dedicated region. The role includes the responsibility to reach sales targets and grow the business by promoting and selling Equipment solutions to new and existing clients.
This role offers you a unique opportunity to join the global HVAC market leader Trane’s recently established new office in Finland to become part of a team with experienced HVAC professionals. In this role, we expect you to have an entrepreneurial mind-set to be able to expand data center equipment sales. For this, you will have a world class product and service portfolio, proven Trane business model, and strong team to support you.
What you will do
- Drive direct sales of data center cooling and thermal management solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process, from opportunity identification to order closure.
