AVASO Technology Solutions in Florence, Italy is seeking an IT Support Field Technician to deliver on-site and remote desktop support for end users. The role requires strong technical and customer-focused approach and 2+ years in similar roles.
You will install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and contribute to IT projects with the IT team. A+ or MCDST certifications are preferred, and a path for career growth is offered.
