Therapeutic Program Manager (Tucson): The Program Manager oversees daily counseling and treatment operations at ASPC-Tucson’s Manzanita Unit, ensuring effective therapeutic community programming and adherence to treatment standards. The role coordinates meetings, orientations, trainings, cohort activities, documentation, bed assignments, reporting, staff supervision, client support, and graduation planning while collaborating with custody staff and community partners. The position also promotes quality assurance and advances departmental reentry and continuity-of-care goals.

Substance Abuse Program Manager (Tucson): The Program Manager oversees all daily operations of substance abuse treatment services. The core responsibilities included supervising treatment staff, managing schedules and caseloads
