THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Open Programs Division.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business development activities and the promotion of educational programs for corporate clients, contributing to the growth of commercial relationships and the expansion of POLIMI GSoM’s learning offering.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Sales Development / Outbound
• Conduct outbound sales development and follow-up activities aimed at building and nurturing a qualified pipeline, engaging prospects, strengthening relationships, and converting opportunities into new business.
• Support commercial targets through a customer-centric and consultative sales approach.

Commercial Consulting & Client Management




• Analyze corporate training needs and identify the most appropriate learning solutions to address client requirements.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals based on identified business opportunities.
• Manage customer loyalty and retention activities, helping to build long-term relationships with partner organizations.
• Guide clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Sales Operations & Reporting
• Prepare reports on commercial performance and the quality of marketing-generated leads.
• Manage administrative activities supporting the sales process, including contracts and order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer data within CRM platforms and company systems.

WHAT COULD MAKE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluency in both English and Italian.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
