Job Description

Position: Logistics& Planning Specialist
The successful candidate will coordinate domesticand international shipments,



ensuring timely and efficient deliveries andaccurate handling of logistics and customs documentation. The role involvesworking closely with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and logisticspartners, monitoring shipments and proactively resolving issues.
KeyResponsibilities
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, includingimport/export and customs-related documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance withapplicable regulations.
- Organise and monitor ADR (dangerous goods) shipments in accordancewith transportation requirements.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues anddelays.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
