We are looking for an Modern Channel Manager in charge of key clients, to join the Beauty Sales function, in our Home Care, Personal Care & Beauty Business Unit, based in the HQ of Milan.

How Your Agenda Looks Like
- Defining and executing channel strategies aligned with business priorities, consumer trends and market share ambitions.
- Negotiating annual framework agreements with key retailers, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth while strengthening strategic partnerships.
- Driving market share growth through category development, distribution expansion and excellence in commercial execution.
- Building strong, collaborative partnerships with key retailers and e-commerce players, driving joint growth opportunities.
- Analyzing market dynamics, performance data and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize results.
- Working closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and global teams to bring impactful initiatives to life.
