For the next season 2027, we are looking for a Breakfast Manager to join the team Splendido
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.
He/She reports to Restaurant Manager.
Coordinate daily breakfast service operations.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Estimate future needs for goods, utensils and cleaning products.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.




Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
At least 3 years of experience as a Breakfast Manager or Breakfast Supervisor in 5-star luxury hotels.
Extensive food and beverage (F&B;) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
Familiarity with restaurant management software.
Ability to handle complex service situations with composure and tact.
Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is highly valued.
