Job Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Data Governance at Day & Zimmermann, Inc. plays a critical role in elevating the enterprise's data governance framework to ensure superior data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple business systems. Reporting directly to the Director of Data Governance & Projects,



this position demands a combination of technical expertise in data analysis and comprehensive knowledge of data governance principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and rectifying data quality challenges, conducting root cause analyses, and driving sustainable improvements that foster increased confidence and trust in enterprise data.

Serving as a pivotal link between business and IT teams, the Sr. Analyst will work hands-on with complex datasets, utilizing advanced SQL querying skills, validating critical business rules, and supporting Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. Additionally, this role contributes to the development of governance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools that underpin key enterprise decisions, drive analytics efforts, support ERP modernization, and facilitate AI projects. The Sr. Analyst will be instrumental in promoting best practices in data governance and enhancing enterprise-wide data strategy and operations.
