You will draft, review, and negotiate Confidential Disclosure Agreements and Research Agreements, including MTAs and DTAs, while ensuring IP protection and alignment with organizational goals.
The role requires a Master’s in Law and 2+ years in IP, technology transfer, or research contracting, with strong Italian and English skills.
