As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will be part of the team representing the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, and Safety) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies.
Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions.
Serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
5+ years of combined experience in sales and/or consulting, with min. Consultative Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
Strategic account planning and execution skills
Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
A passion for solving customer business problems
Language: Business proficiency in English & Italian or Spanish
Understanding of R&D; software solutions, particularl
