As a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for Priority Vertical Market of IATD (Industrial Adhesive & Tapes Division) at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Manage and develop strategic key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Leading automation process of adhesives and tapes in key customers
Support complex projects in collaboration with technical, marketing, and operational teams
Ensure effective pipeline management through consistent CRM usage
Analyze sales data to drive insights and recommend actions
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience in business-to-end‑user sales
From 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B key account management
Knowledge of industrial or technical markets
Knowledge of industrial/chemical products,



preferably adhesives and tapes
Strong communication, negotiation, prospecting and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent English
Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
EAS (European Adhesive Specialist) certification
Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
70% of the time for F2F customer visit (domestic, mainly in North Italy but as per business needs occasionally at National level)

Working pattern: tempo pieno
The position is classified at level Impiegato B2 under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry (Industria).
