Grupo Santander in Italy is seeking an experienced FCC Officer to implement and oversee a robust compliance program focused on AML/CTF, sanctions, and anti-bribery controls. You will advise on FCC risks, review policies, and drive training and governance across the organization, reporting to the local Chief Compliance Officer.
This cross-functional role requires strong knowledge of European/Italian banking regulations and a proven track record in Compliance or Internal Audit.
