In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while supporting both internal and external financial processes. You will report directly to the Finance Sponsorship Specialist, gaining valuable insights and mentorship along the way. /p h3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liAssist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to maintain accurate and timely records for sponsorship invoices, ensuring alignment with supporting documentation. /li liCollaborate with the Business Support Team to gather data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. /li liReview and analyze data received from Business Units and other teams (e.g., Global Business Services). /li liEnsure accuracy of various areas while performing month-end close including General ledger, accruals, VAT, Fixed Asset, Operating expense /li liProvide support to accounting team members with day-to-day financial tasks and activities. /li liHelp prepare reports by gathering and analyzing information. /li liSupport to SOX program /li liEnsure compliance with internal finance policies and procedures. /li liAssist in preparing and organizing documentation required for audits.
