ResponsabilitàSupport Business & Strategic Planning with C-level executives to quantify improvement actions for investors
Conduct Business & Commercial Due Diligence analyzing market dynamics for potential targets
Identify and review synergies in pre- and post-deal phases and support tracking models
Lead synergy assessment and execution from quantification to implementation and monitoring
Define and drive Day 1 Readiness, D100 Integration plans, and Target Operating Model in Integration & Separation Office
Requisiti fondamentali2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy/business development in industry
Master's degree in business subjects; additional post-graduate courses in data science, analytics or digital innovation preferred
Strong interest in pre- and post-M&A; activities
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs
Excellent Italian and English verbal and written communication
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of data analytics tools; Power BI and Qlik preferred
Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
