The Trainee will be involved in various legal projects and initiatives across several industries, mentored by experienced professionals who will continuously support their learning and training. /ppKey responsibilities: /pulliConducting in-depth analysis and research on complex legal issues, and monitoring regulatory and case law developments within the firm's key practice areas /liliSupporting the drafting of legal documents, including commercial contracts, judicial acts, company resolutions, legal opinions, and memoranda, under the supervision of senior lawyers /liliAssisting with the preparation and management of files and related requirements, including compliance activities, the development of contract templates, the preparation of client presentations,
