Join ABB and help shape the future of data, automation, and AI. /ppWe are looking for a skilled IS Service Owner - Data Analytics, Power Platform AI to lead and evolve our digital capabilities within the ELDS division. In this strategic role, you will drive the roadmap for Data Analytics, AI, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring they deliver business value while aligning with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and governance standards. You will work closely with business stakeholders, digital champions, enterprise architects and delivery teams to enable data-driven decision-making, intelligent automation and responsible AI adoption across the organization. This role is currently an individual contributor position and is expected to evolve into a people leadership role as the capability grows. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and develop the ELDS strategy and roadmap for Data Analytics, AI, and Power Platform. /liliPartner with business stakeholders, digital champions, architects, and enterprise platform teams to identify and prioritize opportunities. /liliShape and manage the portfolio of initiatives, ensuring delivery of measurable business value. /liliDrive adoption of trusted data products, analytics solutions, automation, and AI capabilities. /liliProvide oversight and governance for solutions built on platforms such as Power BI, Power Platform, Snowflake, Azure Data Services. /liliPromote scalable, secure, and reusable solutions while reducing duplication and shadow IT. /liliBuild strong relationships across a global stakeholder network and influence strategic decisions.



/liliLead the growth of the capability including development of a high-performing team focused on Data Analytics, Power Platform, and AI solutions. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli10+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Platform Ownership, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering business value through digital solutions. /liliProven experience translating business needs into scalable, governed, and enterprise-aligned digital solutions. /liliStrong understanding of analytics, modern data platforms, AI/GenAI technologies, and Microsoft Power Platform. /liliExperience with technologies such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, Power BI, and Power Platform is highly desirable. /liliStrong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and prioritization skills. /liliExperience working in a global, matrix organization. /liliDemonstrated leadership capability, with the ability and interest to build, develop and manage a team. /liliExperience leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring colleagues, or guiding digital transformation efforts is considered an advantage. /liliDegree in IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li /ulh3Why ABB? /h3pAt ABB, we are committed to driving innovation and empowering our people to make a positive impact.
