/p h3bWhat the job looks like /b /h3 ul liEnsure the timely availability of materials and packaging components to support uninterrupted production and customer delivery /li liManage material requirements planning, purchase order generation and inventory schedules to balance supply, demand and stock targets /li liMonitor supplier performance and collaborate with Procurement to drive service excellence and supply continuity /li liPartner with Manufacturing, Warehouse and QA teams to resolve material-related issues and support site priorities /li liIdentify supply risks, proactively manage disruptions and implement mitigation actions to minimize impact on operations /li liManage inventory levels while considering warehouse capacity, cost optimization and obsolescence reduction /li liCoordinate material supply changes, schedule adjustments and phase-in/phase-out activities throughout the product lifecycle /li liProvide supplier and material planning insights to the SOP process, ensuring transparency of risks and opportunities /li liPrepare planning and performance reports, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency,



service levels and supply chain performance /li /ul h3bWhat you'll bring to the table /b /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
/li liExperience in planning, manufacturing or supply chain environments, ideally within manufacturing environments in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or comparable industries /li liFluency both in Italian and English, a third language would be considered a plus /li liStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights /li liKnowledge of ERP and planning tools such as SAP, APO, SNP or OMP /li liExcellent organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills /li liA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement /li /ul pbr/Our pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system.
