The role is focused on ensuring the successful delivery of cost savings and sustainable performance improvements across the organization. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliInitiative Pipeline ManagementSupport the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of industrial improvement initiatives. Review and challenge key assumptions to ensure business cases are robust, realistic, and properly documented. Partner with Plant Managers and Finance teams to validate financial benefits and expected savings. Assess technical feasibility, implementation requirements, and execution timelines. /liliProgram Execution CoordinationCoordinate and monitor the implementation of VCP initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement activities to accelerate execution. Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, supporting mitigation actions when needed. /liliOperational Performance MonitoringTrack operational and productivity KPIs, highlighting performance gaps, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and cost drivers.



Measure and report initiative progress, ensuring transparency on savings realization and operational impact. Collaborate with Finance to reconcile reported benefits and validate achieved results. /liliCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and other key functions to ensure effective initiative delivery. Support initiative owners in managing interdependencies and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date VCP roadmap.
