ph3Roles Objectives /h3 pAs an Intern you will be part of our Operational Excellence (OPEN+) Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to OPEN+ Deployment Lead. The position will be based in Crespellano (BO). /p pWe are seeking a motivated and data oriented Operational Excellence Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support various initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. A core part of the internship will involve coaching on the floor, where you will work directly with teams to observe processes, support problem solving, and help reinforce best practices in real time. /p pYou will collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the implementation of sustainable solutions. Beyond daily continuous improvement activities, you will also play an active role in capability building, supporting the preparation and organization of trainings, and helping structure benchmarking and networking events within the site and with external partners /p h3Specific Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in analyzing current operational processes and identifying inefficiencies; /li liSupport the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives; /li liCollaborate with team members to gather data and generate reports; /li liParticipate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions; /li liHelp monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and providing updates; /li liSupport manufacturing department through ?oaching sessions on Lean tools directly contributing to increasing team qualification and capabilitied; /li liAssist in organizing training, benchmarking and networking events, including participation in activities involving external companies /li /ul h3Who We're Looking For /h3 ul liFluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process; /li liCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; /li liExcellent communication and teamwork abilities; /li liAbility to effectively manage different stakeholders (internal and external); /li liExperience or interest in event management and coordination; /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); /li liEagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pType of contract: Internship of 6 months length, tempo pieno /p pWork location: Crespellano, Bologna /p pInternship Start Date: end of September **** /p h3Full-Time /h3 pIn this role, you will earn no less than 900€ monthly. /p p***** /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
