We're looking for a bWarehouse Logistics Team Lead /b with strong operational experience to lead our warehouse and fleet operations in the city. /p h3What you'll own: /h3 ul libWarehouse Operations /b: oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping /li libInventory Management /b: manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels /li libTeam Leadership /b: manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and training /li libProcess SOPs /b: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality /li lib3PL Vendor Coordination /b: daily contact with 3PL partners and external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures /li libHealth Safety /b: ensure full compliance with safety regulations, mandatory training, and incident management processes /li libFleet Support /b: support van operations, including tracking device installation/removal /li /ul h3What you'll need: /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management /li liExperience managing and developing a team /li liStrong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory/stock levels /li liFull Italian driving licence (occasional van driving required) /li liFluent English; comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, G Suite) /li /ul h3Job conditions: /h3 ul liSalary: starting from €25,875 gross annual salary,
