Overview

In this role you will craft original concepts for paid social and digital campaigns, producing motion, video, and static assets. You’ll guide UGC from idea to final creative and build templates and AI-assisted workflows to scale output. Collaborating with marketers and freelance partners, you’ll deliver multiple distinct concepts each week across markets and formats. You’ll ensure work aligns with brand, accessibility, and compliance while iterating on learnings to raise quality and speed.

Responsabilità

- Develop original creative concepts for paid social, digital campaigns, UGC and broader marketing activities
- Create motion, video and static creative including editing and post-production
- Support UGC production from concept through to finished creative
- Translate briefs into strong creatives across formats, placements and markets
- Collaborate with digital marketers and freelance partners to launch ideas quickly
- Create templates, systems and self-service tools to boost team output without sacrificing quality
- Utilize Figma, Canva, Adobe and AI tools to speed up and scale creative development




- Incorporate campaign learnings to improve future creative and ideation
- Operate within brand, accessibility and compliance requirements

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years in graphic and digital design with strong typography and layout/brand sense
- Proven ability to work across motion, video and static design with solid video editing skills
- Experience creating creative for paid social and digital placements
- Able to take briefs and generate multiple concepts without detailed instructions
- Fast, organized and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Curious and confident with AI tools to improve quality and speed
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working with marketers and external partners
- Native Italian speaker with excellent English communication and writing skills
