In brief, the Trade Investment team is responsible and accountable for: /p ul liAccrual management: Make sure the Balance sheet accruals are sufficient, and the PL is showing the correct costs. Provide insights in all investments, e.g. potential over or under accruals. /li liTrade Investment invoice management: Customer invoices should be approved, validated reconciled against the correct accruals. Incorrect invoices should be highly visible, and the cash needs to be recovered /li liPricing management: Make sure all customer agreements are reflected in our system and invoice our customers with the correct prices. /li liPricing dispute management: Increase the invoice accuracy by understanding and solving root causes, adding controls and changing processes /li liWorking capital management: Reduce the overdue invoices,
