This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines a commercial mindset with strong analytical and deal-making skills.You will join a small local team based in Rome, while working closely with our colleagues in Hungary and Spain, reporting to the Head of Business Development Hungary, SEE Italy. /pulliBuilding and maintaining relationships with developers, investors, advisors and other key market participants. /liliScreening and evaluating renewable energy projects from commercial, financial and strategic perspectives. /liliLocal management of the MA processes in Italy, from initial opportunity/partner identification and valuation through due diligence, negotiation and closing. /liliCoordinating technical, legal, financial and commercial due diligence processes with internal teams. /liliManage the commercial negotiations with project developers, partners and other counterparties. /liliMonitoring the Italian renewable energy market, including regulatory developments, market trends and competitive dynamics. /liliCollaborating closely with our Hungarian and Spanish teams, sharing market insights, expertise and best practices across the organization. /liliRepresenting the company in meetings with external stakeholders and contributing to the development of our position and network in the Italian market. /liliActive involvement in other business initiatives, projects and ad-hoc tasks supporting the company's growth and development in Italy. /li /ululliMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in MA, business development in renewable energy sector in similar role.
