The Retail Representative works closely and collaboratively with store leadership and reports to the General Manager. This role is responsible for providing customers with exceptional service by meeting individual needs, exceeding expectations, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the cannabis products, deals, and promotions we offer. /ppSuccessful candidates will complete mandatory training through JARS University - conducted both virtually and in-person at our mock-store training facility - ensuring staff are well-educated on JARS' policies, procedures, and company culture. /ph3Job Duties /h3ulliAssess the needs of each customer, provide appropriate product knowledge, and conduct each transaction with accuracy and efficiency /liliUtilize suggestive selling strategies and actively upsell customers on products and promotions /liliAccept constructive criticism and coaching from upper management /liliAssist with inventory tasks when needed /liliWork scheduled shifts and follow the company's attendance policy /liliFollow all safety and CRA rules and policies /liliPromote the perks of being a JARS customer, including the Loyalty Program, referrals,
