For an established pharmaceutical company operating in an international environment, we are looking for a

Senior Quality Control Leader to take responsibility for a complex Quality Control organization within a manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Quality Control organization.

- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory standards.

- Oversee laboratory activities, investigations, deviations, CAPA, stability and analytical processes.

- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within the QC function.

- Support the evolution and digitalization of laboratory processes and systems.

- Develop managerial capabilities within the team and contribute to talent development and succession planning.

- Work closely with Quality,



Manufacturing and other site functions.

- Contribute to broader site priorities and strategic projects.

Profile

- Solid experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

- Proven experience in managing teams and complex laboratory activities.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Ability to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.

- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in international and matrix organizations would be an advantage.

- Fluent English.
