Sales Support & Visual Content Intern

Location: Milan, Italy

Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Duration: 6 months, with potential extension for a further 6 months

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Compensation: €600/month + €7/day meal vouchers

Reports to: Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support & Visual Content Intern to join a fast-paced technology and digital marketplace environment.

This role combines sales operations, restaurant/partner onboarding and visual content management . You will support the Sales team with partner activation, information verification and day-to-day operational requests, while also helping improve the quality and consistency of partner imagery across the platform.

It’s an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across sales support, partner management, content operations, photo editing and process improvement within an international technology business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the onboarding and activation of new restaurant partners
- Provide accurate guidance and training to partners on the use of relevant tools and devices
- Verify partner information and documentation before restaurant activation
- Provide day-to-day sales support , directing requests to the appropriate team or department when required
- Support the Sales team with partner and account-related operational activities
- Manage and optimise partner images and visual content for the platform
- Edit, enhance and upload images in line with established quality and brand standards
- Perform quality checks on partner photos to ensure consistency and visual quality
- Work with internal teams to identify and resolve image and content-related issues
- Provide partners with clear,



practical guidance on improving the quality of their visual content
- Contribute to process improvements across partner onboarding and content management

Requirements
- Fluent Italian and good written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling partner conversations by phone
- Commercially minded approach with an interest in sales and partner management
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage and organise information accurately across multiple tasks

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Basic knowledge of photo editing and visual content tools , such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar
- Interest in digital platforms, e-commerce, food delivery, sales operations or content management
- Previous internship, university or project experience involving customer service, sales support, content or operations
