- Drive sales and market share of Medela's Professional Care portfolio within your assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Build trusted relationships with neonatologists, maternity teams, surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement specialists,



and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
- Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support, and customer training.
- Represent Medela at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
