Founded in 1890 and now led by the fourth generation of the family, Dell'Oglio is one of the most established names in luxury fashion retail in Sicily, with boutiques in Palermo and Taormina. On Corso Umberto, Taormina's main street, our menswear and womenswear boutiques bring together a curated selection of international luxury brands with a distinctly Sicilian sense of elegance and hospitality.

The Role

We are always looking for talented people to join our Taormina team. This is an open, ongoing recruitment: we welcome applications throughout the year from professionals who want to build a long-term career in luxury retail.

We are looking for people who combine a natural ease with clients, genuine passion for fashion, and the discretion and attention to detail that an international, high-end clientele expects.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
- Understand each client's needs and offer personalised advice and product recommendations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling, follow-ups, and dedicated services.
- Handle client correspondence, responding promptly to enquiries and special requests.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Contribute to the team's sales objectives and share best practices with colleagues.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is always impeccably presented.




- Stay up to date on collections, brands, and trends in the luxury market.

Requirements

- Previous sales experience, ideally in fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent English (minimum B2); additional languages are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and composure in demanding situations.
- Passion for fashion and luxury, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A degree is appreciated but not essential; relevant experience is equally valued.
