- Assicurare la gestione del team di Partner assegnati, al fine di presentare correttamente servizi e prodotti, fornendo indicazioni e supporto nelle attività operative
- Proporre e gestire costanti sessioni di formazione e training in ambito operativo, marketing e scoring per un costante allineamento fra azione locale e strategie aziendali
- Facilitare la relazione tra i reparti interni Ayvens e l’Agente partner al fine di gestire e risolvere eventuali reclami, disservizi e problematiche insorte a livello locale nella gestione del Cliente o dei servizi erogati
- Gestire autonomamente la propria area, con particolare riferimento alle relazioni commerciali con Agenti e Broker, con l’obiettivo di garantire il rispetto del modello comportamentale del D.Lgs.231
- Gestire attività di scouting sul territorio funzionali all’identificazione e all’onboarding di nuovi potenziali Partner.
