K-Challenge is looking for a Safety Diver to join the team in Naples ?? and support our preparation for the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup .
Working closely with our sailing and shore teams, the Safety Diver will play a key role in our on-water safety operations, including:
→ Safety procedures and equipment
→ Safety training for athletes and staff
→ On-water emergency response during sailing sessions
→ Support to the Shore Team with boat operations and maintenance
? Based in Naples, Italy
? Full-time position from November 2026
? English required – French and Italian are a plus
? Previous safety diving and emergency rescue experience required
