GS Collection brings together distinctive hotels and hospitality projects, each with its own personality and connection to its destination. From Rome and Puglia to Bali, our world is shaped by art, design, local culture and the people who bring each place to life.

We’re looking for an in-house Social Media & Content Manager to translate that world into a compelling digital presence. Someone with a strong creative eye, an instinct for storytelling and the strategic skills to turn ideas into meaningful results.

The role

You’ll shape the social media strategy for GS Collection and its properties, giving each account a distinct voice while building a coherent vision across the collection.

You’ll develop editorial calendars, create and edit content, and identify photographers, videographers and creators whose work resonates with each property. Working closely with our marketing and hotel teams, you’ll uncover stories worth sharing: an artist’s perspective, a morning ritual, a recipe passed down through generations or a detail that makes a space unforgettable.

You’ll also manage publishing and community engagement, analyse performance and use those insights to refine our approach.

About you

You combine creative sensibility with organisation and initiative.



You’re comfortable moving from a strategic plan to a shoot, from editing a Reel to briefing a collaborator.

You bring

- Experience managing multiple social media accounts, ideally in hospitality, travel, design or lifestyle.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your eye for imagery, storytelling and content creation.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt your tone to different brands.
- Confidence with photography, short-form video, editing tools and social media analytics.
- The ability to coordinate creative collaborators, budgets and deadlines.
- Curiosity about new tools, including practical applications of AI.
- Excellent English; Italian and other languages are an advantage.
