Logycod is building an e-commerce fulfilment business in Italy. We are looking for the person who will take ownership of the operation on the ground and build it with us.

This means leading from the front, solving problems without waiting for instructions and doing whatever the operation requires. The business runs seven days a week, and building it will involve difficult days, nights and weekends. There is no distinction between managing and executing—the objective comes first.

What you will own You will be responsible for:

- Daily warehouse performance, from inbound and inventory to dispatch and returns;
- Same-day shipping, stock accuracy and efficient use of resources;
- Recruiting, organizing and leading the warehouse team;
- Working hands-on alongside the team across all warehouse activities;
- Building scalable processes, controls and KPIs;
- Developing courier partnerships that improve delivery rates and costs;
- Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new 3PL clients;




- Growing Logycod Italy into a professional and profitable operation.

You will not inherit a polished corporate structure. You will help create it.

Who we are looking for You may be the right person if:

Experience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, operations or entrepreneurship is valuable, but ownership mentality and execution ability matter more than the perfect CV.

Economic model

- Fixed gross compensation of €1,500–€1,800 per month;
- Periodic bonuses linked to operational and commercial milestones;
- A pathway towards long-term participation and potential ownership, based on sustained results and commitment.
