We are currently looking for our future Footwear Product Developer .
If you enjoy understanding how a shoe works, challenging a material, solving a technical problem with a manufacturer and turning an idea into a high-performing product on the field, this position should interest you.
Your playgroundYou will be responsible for the technical development of a portfolio of outdoor footwear, from the design phase to product validation, in conjunction with our development partners and suppliers, in Europe and Asia.
Specifically, you:




- Lead product development and coordinate the entire development cycle while respecting schedules, budgets and quality objectives.
- Foster the daily relationship with our development partners and their suppliers , both in France and internationally.
- Build, challenge and develop technical specifications with factories and external partners.
- Organize and lead fittings, field tests and technical validations .
- Analyze feedback from testers, quality teams, suppliers, sales teams, and end users to identify necessary improvements.
- Manage the materials library and supplier catalogues , ensuring the reliability of information and test results.
- Ensure the integration and reliability of development data in our PLM .
- Identify and test new materials, technologies and construction methods , with particular attention to performance and durability.
- Actively monitor developments in the outdoor footwear market and contribute t
