Our clients are the most demanding users in finance, and they know exactly what good looks like. We need someone who knows it too. You'll bring the perspective of the deal team into the product, deciding what we build and why, and you'll lead tailored implementations with our institutional clients. Expectations are high, and growth is tied directly to impact.

What you'll do

- Set the direction of product development, translating how bankers and investors actually work into a clear, prioritized roadmap
- Work side by side with engineering and AI teams, turning client needs into precise specs and making sure what ships meets the bar of top-tier financial institutions
- Lead ad hoc implementation projects with institutional clients, from scoping and requirements to delivery and adoption
- Be the senior counterpart for MDs, partners and investment teams: understand their workflows, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions around them
- Own the quality of outputs: define what "accurate" means for each use case and how we measure it
- Collect and structure client feedback into product decisions, closing the loop between the field and the roadmap




- Contribute to pricing, packaging and go-to-market for new features and enterprise offerings

What we look for

- Several years of experience at an MBB consulting firm, a Bulge Bracket bank or a top-tier investment firm
- Deep, first-hand understanding of M&A; and investment workflows
- Strong structured thinking and the ability to make clear decisions with incomplete information
- Comfort leading senior client relationships and complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Genuine interest in AI and technology; you don't need to code, but you want to understand how things work
- You're a self-starter who thrives on ownership
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
- A plus: prior experience in product, a tech startup or a fintech, or exposure to data and AI tools

Compensation & growth

- €80k–€120k based on experience and seniority, growing with the company
- Stock options available: choose the mix that works for you
- A seat at the table on product decisions from day one, working directly with the founders
- Milan office, one remote day per week, with flexibility when needed

Selection process Lean and thoughtful: 2-3 conversations covering your background and motivations, and a short practical case, such as prioritizing a feature roadmap or scoping an implementation for an institutional client.
