Riccitelli Milano is looking for an experienced Luxury Personal Shopper & Stylist based in Milan to support international clients through personalised virtual and in-person shopping experiences.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury retail, personal shopping, styling or client advisory, with excellent knowledge of Milan’s luxury fashion ecosystem and a highly client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and in-person personal shopping sessions
- Curate product selections based on client preferences, lifestyle and budget
- Advise on fit, sizing, fabrics, colours and complete looks
- Identify suitable alternatives when requested items are unavailable
- Support wishlist sourcing and boutique research
- Communicate professionally with international clients
- Coordinate with the Riccitelli Milano team before and after shopping sessions
- Provide accurate product information, availability and relevant client notes
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, styling or client advisory
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and Milan’s retail landscape
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Fluent English
- Italian strongly preferred
- Arabic or French is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with video calls and digital tools
- Professional, discreet, organised and highly reliable
- Existing relationships with luxury boutiques or sales advisors are considered a plus
Availability: Flexible, depending on client bookings
