In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Lead and support the qualification, assessment, and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Activelyparticipatein business transformation and process improvement initiatives, serving as project lead for specific workstreams or as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supplier Quality topics.
- Develop, standardize, andmonitorSupplier Quality metrics across indirectservicesand service categories, ensuring alignment of KPIs, scorecards, and reporting practices across Business Units.
- Analyze supplier quality performance data and non-conformities,identifyingrecurring trends, root causes, and key drivers of supplier-related defects and service quality issues.
- Oversee supplier development programs, tracking action plans,monitoringprogress againstobjectives, and providing regular updates to leadership teams on risks, opportunities, and achievements.
- Contribute to the development of a strong quality culture throughout the supply base by fostering supplier engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- own a data driven mindset and apply statistical methods
- be familiar with continuous improvement methods.
- strong communication**and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.

- Be**proficient in PC & office software

- Be available to travel**frequently
- Have the attitude to set aggressive targets and committed to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Be able to work with teams and people from**different cultures

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
